Hi, I’m Shelly Mac!


I'm a Women’s Fitness and Nutrition Coach with over 17 years experience and I will be your coach, your cheerleader and your #1 Supporter for the week ahead!!


I am passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies at every stage of life.


I created my unique 10-10 Method to help other busy mums to find realistic, creative ways to make your health and wellbeing a priority, even when you feel like you have no time in your day!


As a mum of three young kids, I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the chaos of motherhood and how precious and fragmented time becomes!


However through my many years of work (and my own experience) I know how much better we feel, how much more energy we have and how less stressed we become when we can give ourselves just 10 minutes for ourselves each day!
