As a womens fitness & nutrition coach and pre-and post-natal specialist and Mum of Three, my passion lies in helping women to embrace fitness and find creative ways to make sure their own health and wellbeing stays a priority!


I believe in a deep health approach to wellbeing, and strive to help each of my clients find tools to manage stress, optimise their rest and recover, and create a schedule that works for them as well as building a positive relationship with fitness and food.


In my 16 years in the Fitness Industry I have had the honour of working with so many incredible women, and be a part of their transformational journeys. I love supporting women from early post-partum, guiding them through a clear post-partum pathway to recover, restore and build their strength, fitness & confidence after having their baby and long, long, beyond!
